As a company, Delicious Deliverie specializes in delivering fresh fruits and vegetables that are completely pesticide-free. We have always been committed to this cause & we have been consistently delivering the best service & the best products. We do everything we can from our side to ensure that you get the best quality products but there are certain guidelines that customers should go through. The products delivered by Delicious Deliverie reach your doorstep within 16 hours of harvest, in order to extend the product life & contain the freshness we advise the customers to refrigerate the products. Immediate consumption is always recommended but storage plays an important role in ensuring the freshness of our products.
Each order is packed carefully and we make sure that the customers receive nothing but the best produce from Delicious Deliverie. Still, it is advised that customers check their orders upon delivery, for any damages, order misplacement, product misplacement & confirm the expiry date of the packaged products.
In case a customer receives a product that is not up to the mark, we advise them to go through our Return & Refund Policy. This will create transparency between the customers & FarmersFZ, ultimately leading to a hassle-free Return & Refund procedure.
2. No Question Asked Return & Refund Policy
1. The customer should raise a complaint within 30 mins of delivery in order to be eligible for the policy.
2. In case of a quality issue, customers are to directly contact the customer service center.
3. The Customer Service Team will handle the complaint & initiate an immediate replacement order for the next day.
4. The customer has to return the damaged product back at the time of replacement, which is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team.
5. All our customers are requested to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery in order to avoid any further miscommunication.
3. Return & Refund Guidelines for different products
a. Leafy Vegetables
In case a customer receives a substandard product or is not satisfied with the quality of the product, the customer is advised to register a complaint with a pictorial representation of the product, within 8 hours of receiving the product.
b. Vegetables & Fruits:
In case a customer receives a substandard product or is not satisfied with the quality of the product, the customer is advised to register a complaint with a pictorial representation of the product, within 24hours of receiving the product.
c. Coconut, Papaya & Pineapple:
In case a customer receives a substandard product or is not satisfied with the quality of the product, the customer is advised to register a complaint with a pictorial representation of the product, within 3 days of receiving the product.
d. Packaged products:
In case a customer receives a packaged product that’s:
1. Wrong Product or Wrong Order.
2. The product has expired.
3. The product has been damaged, tampered with packaging, or items are missing.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with the tags intact & an image proof is to be attached with the complaint. Customers should return the product or report the issue within 8 hours of receiving the product.
Customers will only be eligible for a Return or a Refund only if they meet the above criteria.

Delicious Deliverie. delivers only the freshest, toxic-free products to its customers. This is why we recommend customers to consume the products immediately. If the products are to be used later, we recommend storing them in a clean, hygienic & refrigerated environment.
4. Cancellation of Order.
Delicious Deliverie was serving our customers with COD for last 15 months. When the demonetization came in to play, as per customer request we integrated online payment system as a post delivery option :-Got a great response for the same. Based on that we made a customer survey and came to know that most of customers wish to purchase by cashless or by digital. As a result 27 Nov 2016 2pm onwards Delicious Deliverie completly moved to cashless transactions. Now customers can pay there order amount through online.
Once you are booked and payed the amount, we do not encourage cancellation from user end. Still users can cancel there order by contacting our customer care @+917701910392 12 hours before the delivery and the amount will be refund with in next 72 hours by liquid cash/online or Delicious Deliverie.
